Returns and Exchanges
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Diaz London. In the case you want to return or exchange your products, we will be happy to offer you a return within 14 days from the delivery date for all countries. In order for the return to be successful, the product should be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached (if applicable) and in its original packaging, accompanied by an original Diaz London receipt/invoice or gift receipt. Returned items must not be washed or altered.
Please note that the customer will have to pay for any costs that may incur when shipping the product back to Diaz London.
Please fill the Returns & Exchanges Contact form before posting your package back in order to obtain a Return Authorisation number and the relevant information in order to complete the process.
Bespoke jewellery and special orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
We would like to make our customers aware of the fact that, we will only process all returns, exchanges and refunds of any products purchased directly from Diaz London; if you did not buy your product directly from us, customers must contact the reseller and not Diaz London directly.
It will take to process your return 10-12 business days. Credit for your returned item will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
Warranty and Repairs
Diaz London offers a repairs service for items that develop a defect from manufacturing, or have been subject to wear and tear over time. We make each of our items with a great deal of craft and care, and we’re happy to say that defects are rare. Although not all of our items can be repaired, the team will always carefully assess each item and advise you what can be done to rectify things.
If your item is in need of repair, please fill the Warranty & Repairs Contact form before posting your package back in order assess the item before it is sent and to obtain a Return Authorisation number with the relevant information in order to complete the process.
If the team believe that your item can be repaired they will get in touch and send you a quote for the work and ask if you wish to proceed. If your item is still inside the guarantee period and you have proof of purchase, you will not be charged for the repair.
Each item is inspected on a case by case basis, and any repair is carried out individually by hand, so our repair timescales can vary dependent upon the exact nature of the repair required.
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, leather goods are protected from the original date of purchase by 12 months limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the item proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective items will not be returned to customer. Note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
The variations in colour and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather and are not considered a defect. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your leather item. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your leather item.
Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, jewellery is protected from the original date of purchase by 12 months limited warranty (proof of purchase is required). If the jewellery proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the warranty period, we will replace the item with the same or a comparable product free of charge.
Diaz London jewellery is made of precious metals combined with various elements including precious and semi-precious stones and leather. Apply perfume and cosmetics prior to putting on your jewellery. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your Jewellery.
Conditions and Exclusions
The warranties offered by Diaz London are non-transferable and do not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or any alteration; service or repair performed by a third party voids the warranty automatically.
